Hotel Ascent Biz Noida's Finest

"Had a bad experience staying here. For the last 2 days, the lift hasn't been working, so I had to climb to the 5th floor. Also, the first room they gave me was different and much smaller than what I booked and saw in the pics....after complaining got the new room. ​ ​- Fresh beer is great @ 109 Rs. - Good breakfast variety. ​- In room food is okay. Not like ​- Basic amenities are missing (no gym, no shaving kit, small bathroom). ​- Towels have an intense smell of chlorine. ​- Rooms are congested. ​Sum up: Not worth 4k per night. Not a good stay in budget."

"The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food at the Oak Bar & Bistro was delicious, and the breakfast spread had plenty of variety. The hotel’s location is excellent for business travelers Overall, it offers great value for money with a mix of comfort, good service, and tasty food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Noida for work or leisure, and I look forward to staying here again."

"Located at Sector-62 at Noida near to Barclays, this hotel was the place of stay for a solo trip on official purpose. The road in front of the hotel is pretty traffic-heavy. There is a pub and restobar located on the ground and first floor of the hotel respectively. The staffs are very much helpful and courteous. In respect of a solo trip, I have got nothing to complain about the service. The room was spacious enough for a single person. Room was neat and clean. Washroom was also hygienic with availability of hot water and toiletries. I had complimentary breakfast along with room booking package. The breakfast spread was not extensive but covered all basic preparations. It comprised of popular north Indian breakfast preparations like poha, paratha, chole-bhature as well as south Indian preparations like idli, dosa also. Food prepared by the restaurant is good. Only thing that I would like to mention that the hotel claims itself as a budget one, but it is not. For a solo traveler, the tariff pinched a bit. Overall verdict - Surely recommended for business/official purpose, not for a holiday leisurely stay."

"Worst experience ever. We were given a congested room initially, and then asked for room change, after the change they did not update their system and in night a guest walked into the room with the master key. The staff said we will give a compensation next time, they had the audacity to say this after jeapordising me and my partner's safety and dignity. As a hospitality center, this is unacceptable. They should be thankful we did not push any legal charges on them. They said we will give a 5% extra discount, this is how low they value our dignity. Worst place ever."

"I had a really terrible experience at the hotel when we checked out. They charged us for chocolates we didn't even use, which was really frustrating. The reception staff's behavior was extremely bad - they didn't even have the courtesy to speak properly."
